About the Position
As an Engagement Analyst at Launch Point, you’ll be a key driver of client success, working hands-on to execute strategic operational initiatives. You’ll participate in discovery and planning phases to understand client strategy, then take full ownership of implementation, managing project execution, creating process documentation, designing enablement and training programs, and delivering high-quality assets that help organizations optimize their operations and make change stick.
What You’ll Do
Assess & Architect
- Participate in client discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and alignment conversations.
- Actively support the Engagement Lead in collaborating with clients to uncover needs, identify challenges, and align project work with strategic goals.
- Support the Engagement Lead in drafting supporting documentation such as workflows and survey questionnaires.
- Contribute ideas and insights that support long-term solutions to enhance process efficiencies and deliver measurable improvements.
- Ask clarifying questions and play devil’s advocate to strengthen recommendations.
- Review Operations Gap Analysis findings and drafted deliverables from the Engagement Lead.
- Build deep understanding of client context, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Prepare for seamless transition into full execution ownership.
- Support project management, client communications, and reporting cadence throughout Assess and Architect, maintaining accountability for Engagement Support’s contributions to Assess and Architect deliverables.
Activate & Advance
Process Documentation & Deliverables Production
- Execute on all initiatives outlined in the strategic roadmap.
- Map and document current-state and future-state operations, including systems, technology, workflows, and processes, at both macro and micro levels with precision.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies, handoffs, and baseline metrics.
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation to support recommendations and final deliverables.
- Write and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using provided templates, aligned to tiered service standards.
- Create implementation assets including checklists, templates, scripts, talking points, best practices guides, and enablement materials.
- Delegate tasks to Engagement Support when applicable while maintaining accountability for Engagement Support’s output quality.
- Ensure all deliverables are client-ready and meet Launch Point standards.
Project Management & Execution
- Own day-to-day project management of client workstreams and initiatives.
- Track milestones and timelines, coordinate tasks, and maintain visibility into project progress.
- Manage dependencies across workstreams and provide tactical status reporting in monday.com.
- Meet Launch Point’s communication response-time standards for both internal and client-facing correspondence.
- Complete the weekly Engagement Analyst end-of-week board hygiene checklist in full and on time.
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, scope concerns, and timeline threats; escalate and mitigate issues proactively.
- Tag and engage the Engagement Lead at the right moments to support decisions, remove obstacles, and maintain alignment.
- Receive and action Engagement Lead feedback on deliverable quality, routing corrections to Engagement Support as needed.
- Execute administrative support tasks including scheduling, surveys, and deliverable coordination.
- Keep projects moving forward through proactive stakeholder engagement.
Enablement & Training
- Own training and enablement development to support adoption of implemented processes and make change stick.
- Design learning paths and curriculum aligned to the SOW and project objectives.
- Develop training materials (non-video) and supporting resources aligned to documented processes.
- Create assessments and competency checks to validate understanding and readiness.
- Direct the Engagement Support on LMS environment configuration, content organization, and learning path build-out.
- Design onboarding programs that reinforce expected workflows and standards.
- Own rollout communications and reinforcement plans, partnering with the Engagement Lead and project team on execution.
- Monitor adoption signals and identify gaps; coordinate reinforcement actions to improve compliance and consistency.
Documentation Governance & Quality Control
- Establish and maintain source-of-truth documentation systems.
- Implement strong version control and file management practices.
- Review and update SOPs for accuracy, consistency, and relevance as businesses evolve.
- Maintain updated cadence and stakeholder visibility to protect standardization.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Own change management to sustain adoption, including reinforcement touchpoints, stakeholder communications, and refresher enablement tied to process updates.
- Monitor adoption and follow up on gaps in usage, compliance, or understanding.
- Coordinate corrective actions with process owners.
- Intake, evaluate, and implement incremental enhancements to workflows, templates, SOPs, and supporting documentation or tools.
Tools & Systems You’ll Use Daily
- Monday.com: Project management, task tracking, and status reporting
- Lucid (Lucidchart): Process mapping and flowchart development
- M365 Workspace: Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Toggl: Time tracking for billable hours
- AI Tools: Claude, Copilot, and other AI platforms to enhance efficiency and quality
- Additional tools as needed to support client-specific requirements
Qualifications & Key Competencies
Required Skills
- Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage 3–5 projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High ownership of quality with a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Process Thinking: Systems-oriented mindset with ability to see cross-functional connections and optimize workflows.
- Communication Skills: Translate complex processes into clear, visual, and easy-to-understand documentation.
- Enablement Design: Ability to translate process documentation into training-ready enablement materials that drive adoption.
- Initiative & Follow-Through: Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities and drives tasks to completion.
- Execution Focus: Comfortable in detail-heavy work requiring tracking, coordination, and persistent communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management training.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional).
- Experience designing training programs, learning paths, or onboarding materials.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge management systems.

Compensation:
- $70,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience
- Unlimited PTO
